Excellent location (but tricky if you have a rental car)

Location Location Location 5 minute walk to the Riva and Palace

No parking … have to illegally park to unload/load car … and then find parking somewhere. Some loud intoxicated people walking by at night

Such a cute, modern room in an excellent location. Small but well equipped and the host was super friendly!

Struggled with the key safe combination, but only because the video description was difficult to see. Would have been better to write the digits in the WhatsApp message along with the WiFi instructions.

Very well located tiny accommodation in the heart of Split.

The accommodation had a very good location - the old town, the promenade, the port, the bus station were all very close, a few minutes' walk away. The room looked exactly like the pictures. There was Netflix and very good connected WIFI.

The room was tiny, very suitable for one person, but I think it would be quite narrow for two. In the case of longer stays, the room could also have been cleaned, garbage taken out, and towels and bed linen changed. Also leave more tea and coffee - only 2 of them were left for four nights. There was no shower gel and shampoo.

Could be perfect but bedsheets, green exit light and shower need fixing.

Very clean and very well decorated. Excellent location. Apart from 2 minor decoration stuff which were damaged (probably by previous customers), it all looked immaculately new.

Didn't get any WiFi. I don't understand the logic of having a double bed with single/ one person bedsheets (see pictures). It makes all the sleeping experience pretty bad, the sheets being to small for me (and I'm not a giant, I'm 1,83m tall). Noise: the room is pretty quiet but I had to unplug the mini fridge, which was doing a constant noise in the background, even with earplugs. Light: there is an exit sign (see pictures) emitting a constant intense green light at the room's door, and there s nothing you can do about it, except putting an anti-light mask on. Shower : the little shower head has a leak, and the big shower head has many of its little spikes being clogged, so it would require a good anti limestone cleaning to my opinion, to make it 100% functional again.

Very good location. Clean and staff was friendly.

When we got there we didn't actually know how to get in. I had to call the number in order to get the instructions on how to get it. It would be nice knowing that beforehand. There was no door/screen or even one of those cheap curtains to keep away from going everywhere in the toilet. We needed to use a lot of towels to try and keep it dry.

Good situation, and good value/ price ratio. Clean, and everything that is needed.

The fridge makes some noise, and during the night it prevents to fall asleep. The green exit light is too shiny and also prevents to sleep well.

Great location

Great location and clear instructions on arrival on how to access the room. Host always available on WhatsApp and replied quickly. Nice decor and good wifi. Was able to leave my bag after check out for free.

Some extra attention to detail would be nice. Around the shower doors needed a deep clean and no shampoo/body wash included. The bed sheet didn’t fit the mattress very well and 2 single duvet covers were left for a double bed but for the price did not bother me.
